What is this tool?

A visual lottery wheel for giveaways, classroom picks, and party games. Paste your entries (one per line, up to 500), hit Spin, and watch the wheel decelerate onto the winner. Unlike a plain text shuffle, everyone watching can see exactly where the pointer lands — in fullscreen, on a projector, if you like.

Weighted odds: sector size = probability

Add x3 (or (x3), ×3) to the end of a line to triple that entry's odds. Sectors are drawn proportionally — an entry with three times the weight visibly takes three times the arc — so the odds stay readable at a glance. Weights range from 1 to 99; invalid values fall back to 1.

How the winner is chosen

The wheel spins five to six full turns with a cubic ease-out, and the winner is whichever sector sits under the pointer at the final angle. The result comes from the geometry, not a hidden pick, so the draw is unbiased and verifiable after the fact. Optional no-repeat draws drain one unit of weight per win — a x10 entry needs ten wins to leave the pool, and its sector visibly shrinks along the way — and optional ticking sounds play as sectors pass the pointer.

More than 36 entries? Rolling draw mode

The wheel displays at most 36 sectors; larger lists switch automatically to a rolling draw — the list scrolls, decelerates, and lands on the winner, with weighted entries shown as repeats (e.g. "张三 (x3)"). Both modes support drawing several winners in one run (each win drains one unit of weight before the next draw) and a reset point for the full list.

Presentation features

An optional event title above the wheel, ticking sounds as sectors pass the pointer, a winner highlight with confetti, a recent-winners list you can copy in one click, and a fullscreen mode for projecting. Everything runs locally in your browser — no list is ever uploaded.
